vul⋅ner⋅a⋅ble [vuhl-ner-uh-buhl]
–adjective 1. capable of or susceptible to being wounded or hurt, as by a weapon: a vulnerable part of the body.
2. open to moral attack, criticism, temptation, etc.: an argument vulnerable to refutation; He is vulnerable to bribery.
Bloggers beware! Writing a blog makes you vulnerable! Because we dare to put our thoughts out there, we are opening ourselves to unwanted feedback. People can interpret your words in ways you never intended. And even if they do get the essence of your message, you have now let them in on information that can be used to hurt you.
How uncomfortable is it when someone quotes you back to you, in an unflattering way?
