Kitchen part 2
Anyone who's done a facelift on any room in the house knows how messy it can be! There is a fine dust on every surface. I just got done wiping everything down in two rooms on the first floor ....two rooms to go. And then Ed will come and make more dirt :)
Not only is Ed my remodeler, he also has the heart of a decorator. So today I went to Home Depot and got some Behr paint samples. Together Ed and I poured over the swatches and have come up with a creamy yellow color scheme. Since it is no where near painting time, this is subject to change. We've also debated the merits of putting the chair rail back up. Ed is strongly in favor of the chair rail, with one color above, a darker shade below, and a nice coordinating color for the trim.
A man of many talents, I will probably go with most of Ed suggestions in the end.

Wow, that will be beautiful when it's all done!
I feel your pain during renovations. We've had at least two of our downstairs rooms under demolition for a year now, and some days, the dust and grime drive me crazy. But I know when it's all done, it'll be worth it.
The picture in no way indicates what my kitchen will look like, except it may be yellow, and we are using beadboard.
