Soothing sound of running water

Do you know that there is something soothing about the sound of running water?
Perhaps that's why so many people strive to have a vacation home near the ocean, a lake, or even a forest stream.
When you visit a spa these days, there is often a "water feature" in their relaxation room to soothe you as you wait for your next pampering treatment.
People sit for hours beside the ocean, listening to the sound of waves.
Many people who are into feng shui in the home insist that you should have the sound of water through a man made waterfall to relax the soul.
Well, right now, the sound of running water would soothe me more than I can tell you.
You see, our pipes are frozen under the kitchen sink. I have a small heater blowing hot air in the cupboard, but I have yet to hear that marvelous sound of the GUSH of water bursting forth from the ice encased pipes. Yes, the sound of running water would be very welcome right now.
